WEDNESDAY NIGHT SUPPER // 1st & 3rd Wednesdays // Join us in the fellowship hall for a potluck style meal // Check the Facebook group for the coming week’s theme or email Ceri for more info about how to be involved!
EASTSIDE MOM’S GROUP // Every Thursday at 9:30am // Join us for fellowship & prayer // Weekly gatherings alternate between discussion and service projects // Childcare provided // Email Stephanie for more information.
Ways to Connect, Grow, & Serve Together
CHILDREN’S MURALS – FAMILY WORKDAYS // Continuing to this Saturday, Aug. 2nd, 10am – 2pm; and Sunday, Aug. 3rd, until 2pm // In preparation for Children’s Sunday on August 10th, volunteer to help paint the Eastside Kids Collective classrooms. Parents, kids and all Collevtice volunteers are encouraged to participate. RSVP with Stephanie or Tyler. Come for the whole work day or just come as your schedule allows!
CHURCH-WIDE WORKWEEK // Continuing this week from Monday, July 29th, through Thursday, August 31st, from 6pm-9pm // Join us each evening to assist in beautifying our church grounds in preparation for the Fall // Contact Tim Lloyd to sign-up for a specific evening.
KATIE LLOYD LOVE OFFERING // As a way of humbly saying “thank you” and acknowledging the tremendous amount of hard work Katie has given our community through her volunteer role as Justice Pastor // You may give this Sunday, August 3rd or next Sunday August 10th in the worship service by check – please memo, “Katie Lloyd Love Offering” or online through our giving page, clicking the drop-down menu and choosing the category “Katie Lloyd Love Offering.”
TICOLETTE SHOE DRIVE // Starting next Sunday, August 10th, through the Haiti Gallery night on September 6th, we will be collecting new and very gently used shoes for school children in Ticolette // They’ve requested sneakers/tennis shoes as they help protect kids’ feet // All children’s & youth sizes needed // This is a great way to get kids involved in justice // Talk to Daphne Fowler with questions.
OPEN TABLE DINNER // Our next gathering is on Saturday, August 16th from 4:30-6:30 // Tim & Elisabeth Lloyd’s // This is great for those who are new to the community & would like to meet some other folks and get plugged in // Main dish is provided, but please bring a favorite side to share// RSVP by August 8th to elisabeth@eastsidatl.org for address & meal details. // Professional childcare provided.
CHURCH SWAP with OUR NEIGHBORS // Sunday, August 24th from 9:30-12:15 // A chance to worship with our neighbors at Berea Mennonite Church // We’ve invited them to attend church with us at 9:30am and anyone who’s interested can attend their 11am service // People are invited to carpool over after our 9:30 service // Email katie@eastsideatl.org with questions.

HAITI GALLERY NIGHT // Saturday, September 6th from 5-7 pm // Come out to experience La Gonave and see photos, hear music and interviews, and other inspired artwork // Artists are welcome to contribute // The gallery night will be the last chance to donate shoes for the school children of Ticolette // Email natalie@eastsideatl.org with questions.
SUNDAY FEEDING MINISTRY // We need IMMEDIATE help with hosting and cooking for our feeding ministry on Sundays // Sign-up to help on Volunteer Spot
